A buyer’s agent represents the buyer exclusively throughout the property purchase. At Lenata, that means managing the process end to end, from shaping a clear brief and sourcing suitable properties, to due diligence, negotiation and settlement, with your interests as the sole priority.
Selling agents act for the seller. Lenata acts only for the buyer.
Our role is to provide independent advice, manage risk, and help the buyer secure the right property at the right price, not to sell them a specific listing.
Yes. Through established relationships with agents and industry professionals, Lenata sources on-market, pre-market and select off-market opportunities where appropriate.
And whilst off-market access isn’t guaranteed, when it exists, it can offer an advantage.
Lenata primarily supports owner-occupiers buying in Sydney, where local knowledge, timing and access matter; and offers services for investment purchases. Locations are dependent on clients goals and objectives.
